MORNING PROGRAM OPTIONS (CURRENT OFFERINGS)

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6am – 6:45am at 545 Grove Street the Lower Falls Community Center in Newton Lower Falls.

Tuesday and Thursday 6am – 6:45am and Saturday 7am – 8am at 69 Tyler Terrace in Newton Center.

EVENING PROGRAM
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights 7pm – 8pm at 457 Walnut Street at the Newton North High School fitness center.  You must become a member of the facility through the Newton Recreation Department.   

STARTING NOVEMBER 1ST 2011

Session 1:  October 31st – December 23rd 2011 (No class Nov 24th)

Session 2:  January 3rd – February 29th 2012

Session 3: March 5th – April 30th 2012

Session 4:  May 1st – June 15th 2012

4 weeks = $180.00

6 weeks = $ 270.00

8 weeks = $ 360.00

Major muscle groups are exercised with dumb bell and body weight resisted exercises to boost metabolism, define lower body muscles, and lose inches.



Strengthen and define arm muscles with specific, targeted exercises.



Improve posture and feel good about wearing your gown.



The program is structured around your wedding day.  Intensity will increase gradually leading up to the big day, so you are at your best when it is time to wear the dress.

A sample workout week will consist of the following components (night program)

Monday

Dynamic stretch/warm up 10 minutes

Core activation and definition 10 minutes

Total body strength training (Lower body focus) 30 minutes

Fat loss interval training 5 minutes

Cool down and stretch 5 minutes

Tuesday

Dynamic stretch/warm up 10 minutes

Core activation and definition 10 minutes

Total body strength training (Upper body focus) 30 minutes

Fat loss interval training 5 minutes

Cool down and stretch 5 minutes

Thursday

Dynamic stretch/warm up 10 minutes

Core activation and definition 10 minutes

Total body conditioning 30 minutes

Fat loss interval training 5 minutes

Cool down and stretch 5 minutes
